Alignment page consists of four sections.
A.	Summary of information
	Information about bisulfite alignment.
B.	Genome sequence
C.	Bisulfite sequence
	Sequence outside alignment is indicated as gray color.
D.	Bisulfite alignment
	Methylated C of CpG site, unmethylated C of CpG site, Unconverted C (CpA, CpC, CpT) are indicated as different colors.
